All shipping will be done via the US postal service. For international deliveries, a specific shipping method can be arranged. All portraits will be securely packaged as seen below.

Shipping within continental USA included. The estimated elaboration and delivery time within 2 or 4 weeks average however the actual time can be informed when the order is made. If the actual elaboration time is sooner than stated, you will be informed to the contact information provided.

Pictures should meet the minimum requirements. Better quality photo and resolution guarantee a better portrait. If it is not suitable, you will be informed. A preliminary image for approval will be sent to the email provided.
When the portrait is approved by the client, payment is through PAYPAL. As soon as the payment is verified, portrait will be shipped to the corresponding address. Tracking number provided (if it is provided by the courier).
• Upload a well chosen picture (clear, and detailed). It’s especially important because the facial features must be clearly visible.
• Use only headshots pictures; full body pictures are not recommended due to the lack of definition.
• Please order with enough time ahead so that the elaboration and delivery process corresponds with your desired date. At the time of ordering, please make sure the correct address is used and that there will be a person available to receive it upon its’ delivery.
• The final product will depend on the quality and definition of the picture provided. Kindly refer to the sample portraits below.
